Billing Information

    Contacting Us
Billing and technical support is available Monday-Friday 9am-11pm. A Member Support Representative may be reached by calling 707-825-4400, or toll-free (888)928-8696, or by e-mail at billing@northcoast.com.

For your safety, never use e-mail to send us (or anyone) information about your credit card or your checking or savings account or password.

Billing Cycle
Billing occurs on the first of every month (except when the 1st falls on a federal holiday, then it occurs on the next weekday). Your bill is due before the 15th of each month.

Invoices
Invoices are sent by e-mail to every subscriber. All subscribers are responsible for retrieving their "e-bill" from their e-mail account. In other words, if you don't check your e-mail, you are still responsible for paying your bill on time. A paper invoice can be sent via postal mail for an additional $1 per month.
