Your Username/Login provides access to your single user account, it is the one that you will dial up with as well as receive e-mail with. This account is automatically configured for you during the setup process.

The Second e-mail Box is just an e-mail account. You cannot dial up with this account. This e-mail box is accessed using your Login username. E-mail addresses appear as follows: username@northcoast.com

Configuration Information
In addition to your account usernames and passwords, the following information is required to configure other Internet software:

Note: If you get your e-mail from Humboldt State University, your POP server is: axe.humboldt.edu

ALL THE NEW ACCESS NUMBERS REQUIRE A NEW DIALER CONFIGURATION. Simply changing the access number in your existing dialer will not work. Retrieve and verify your access number below, then Click Here for the new dialer instructions.

Northcoast Internet dial-up access numbers are presented on the following table. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct dial-up number in your browser software. If you require assistance to accomplish this, please call your phone company’s operator to verify that the number that you have selected is toll free.
