If::
• Your computer meets our minimum system hardware requirements (described below).
• NCI's correct access information is configured in your dialup software.
• You cannot connect with the Internet, within 30 days*
• You cannot connect to the Internet within the first 30 days of service.
• NCI technical support staff has tried to solve the problem, could not, and has issued a trouble ticket

Then: You get your money back - every cent!*

* To qualify for this money back guarantee, you must obtain a trouble ticket (see Technical Support). Refunds are sent via the US Postal system and will take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. Support will make every reasonable attempt to correct the connectivity problem. If the problem cannot be solved, Support will issue a trouble ticket stating that a connection could not be established. 0 hours of usage will be confirmed, and a refund will be cheerfully generated.

• PC with a Pentium-class 100Mhz equivalent or faster, running Windows 95 or better
• Macintosh with System 7.1 or later
• 16 MB RAM (32 recommended)
• 33.6 Kbps modem or faster
• 16 MB available space on hard drive
