Your PeRKInet Account Thank you for choosing PeRKInet, high-speed Internet communications from Cox Communications Humboldt and Northcoast Internet, Inc. The account information in this booklet is important, so please keep it handy. Your system will be pre-configured and ready to go after a setup appointment with our trained technicians. However, we've included setup instructions in this booklet in case you have problems or need to install the service on another computer. When you signed up, you received a special PeRKInet username. It's different than your Northcoast username. You'll keep your regular Northcoast username, password, and e-mail address. The PeRKInet username is only used by our computer system. You may wish to print out this page and fill in the blanks below for your records. Store this information in a secure location.
