IT'S TIME FOR SUNDAY SCHOOL!

Sunday school will begin on September 2nd at 9:15 A.M. Children will be broken into two age groups: Ages infant through age 6 will meet in the nursery with their teacher, Wren; Ages 7 through 10 will meet in room "A" with their teacher, Connie. We are excited to be using the NEW, revised edition of "Living the Good News", now enhanced with a wide range of visual arts, music and literature, which is also lectionary based. That means that each week we will explore in depth the stories you hear and read aloud during the Eucharist.

September's lessons begin with Jesus urging his followers to consider the cost of discipleship and takes us through four parables.

Church school has been available all summer for the age groups mentioned above but beginning September 2 church school will meet at 10:30 during the second church service. The children from infants to age 6 will continue with the lesson begun during Sunday school from "Living the Good News." Ages 7 through 10 will be in the second year of the Bible survey they began last September. Now they will be in the book of I Samuel.
