NORTH COAST RECEIVES THE 2023 SAFETY CHAMPION AWARD -
OUR COMMITMENT TO A SAFER WORKPLACE
North Coast has been honored to receive the 2023 Safety Champion Award from Sonepar USA. During National Safety Month in June, North Coast undertook a series of proactive safety measures, which contributed to our exemplary safety record. Several key initiatives and practices played an important role in securing the 2023 Safety Champion Award:
1. North Coast did not have any injuries during the month of June;
2. All Associates completed the Active Shooter Awareness training;
3. The following safety talks were presented to all of the Branch’s Associates each week:
4. The North Coast Standard Operating Procedure for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) was distributed to all Branches along with posters informing the Associates of the types of required PPE for specific tasks.
Receiving the 2023 Safety Champion Award is not just a moment of recognition; it is a reflection of a safety culture that North Coast has cultivated. As we move forward, North Coast remains dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for our associates. Our commitment to safety will continue to be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our team remains protected and our workplace remains accident-free.
