SALES TRAINEE PROGRAM
Could YOU be in our next Sales Trainee program? The Sales Trainee Program is a dynamic, intensive program utilizing a balance of on-the-job, E-learning, and subject matter expert training. The program provides you with a foundation of knowledge and exposes you to every facet of our business. Associates will rotate between small to large service centers, North Coast Lighting locations, and Auburn Automated Fulfillment Center over 52 weeks.

Qualifications for acceptance into the Trainee Program: Candidate should have little or no electrical industry experience with a minimum 2-year college or technical course or degree or equivalent.
After program completion, the Trainee will have the opportunity to start their career in a sales position.
