The Saf-T-Pan features a heavy-duty, 5/8-in. deep, dual-mount electrical box with an 8 cu. in. wiring capacity. The pan's design provides secure attachment to a ceiling joist. Ideal for installation during new construction or remodeling, it can be installed in finished ceilings through a hole large enough to fit the pan. UL listed to support fans up to 70 lbs. and light fixtures up to 150 lbs. It includes 8-32 threads for cover plates and lightweight fixtures and 10-24 threads for ceiling fans and heavier fixtures.
