On the Account Dashboard, you have a tile called Active Shipments. From there, you can see:

• Orders that are currently being picked up in the warehouse
• Orders on a truck on its way to you with an ETA listed
• Items that have already been delivered

Don’t forget that once an item is delivered, you have access to all proof of deliveries, including an instant signature and photos

How much of your business consists of requesting quotes for the material you need? On our website and mobile app, you have access to all of the quotes built for your account 24/7. You can view who requested the quote, the requested date, the quoted material and price, and more. But that's not all - you also have the ability to convert those quotes to orders directly from our website and mobile app. 

** Your order will still be checked and managed by your North Coast sales contact, but converting quotes online can save time, emails and phone calls!
