After placing an order, navigate to the Active Shipments widget, the Order Calendar, set yourself up for notifications, or use all three if that best suits your needs.

Tired of waiting around on when your material will be delivered? Whether you work in an office or work remote or on site, our notifications let you know exactly when you will receive your deliveries. Sign up today and receive real-time delivery notifications, by text, email or both on all your shipments. You have full control over how you want to receive them.
Main Benefits
There are 4 types of notifications that you can sign up for:
Out for Delivery
Receive a notification when the shipment has left the our location. This includes the Order# and Customer PO#.
Next Stop
Receive a notification when the driver completes the stop prior. This includes the Order#, Customer PO#, ETA of delivery based on Google Maps.
“X” Minutes Away
Receive a notification when the delivery is within a timeframe chosen, e.g. 10 minutes away. This includes Order#, Customer PO# and ETA of delivery based on Google Maps.
Package Delivered
Receive a notification after the jobsite has signed for material and the driver completes the stop. This includes Order#, Customer PO# and actual delivery time as well as approximate address delivered and who it was signed by.
On your Account Dashboard, you can add a widget or navigate directly to your Active Shipments overview. This will show you the orders picked up at the warehouse, orders on their way with an ETA and items that have been delivered.

1. Go to your Account Dashboard > Order Management > Orders and Quotes.
2. Customize your dashboard by adding the "Open Orders and Quotes" widgets so you can find them even faster:
This is an interactive calendar that provides a view of the order status for the entire customer job.
